Paradise Beaches
Sono Beach, Antigos, Antiguinhos and Ponta Negra
The trail to Praia do Sono is one of Paraty's most famous and leads to a true haven of natural beauty. Continuing the trail, we'll pass the Galheta waterfall and arrive at the small beach and caiçara community of Ponta Negra. This experience combines hiking, interaction with local communities, and the discovery of untouched landscapes, perfect for those seeking tranquility and connection with nature.

Bike trails
Discovering Paraty by bike is an authentic and freeing way to experience the city. Whether pedaling through the cobblestone streets of the Historic Center or exploring trails leading to hidden beaches and waterfalls in the Atlantic Forest, a bike tour is one of the most dynamic ways to connect with the region.
The itinerary is flexible and can be adapted to each group's profile. For those seeking something more leisurely, there are gentle trails that pass by the beaches, the fort, and the historic center. The more adventurous can opt for MTB trails that climb the mountains, cross rivers, and reveal breathtaking panoramic views, always accompanied by a specialized guide.
During the ride, contact with the local culture is also present: we can make stops at distilleries or typical restaurants, making the experience even more complete.
In the end, in addition to the feeling of well-being and achievement, there remains the memory of a day of immersion in Paraty — combining sport, nature and culture in a single adventure.

Pedra da Macela
Pedra da Macela is one of the most impressive viewpoints in the Paraty region. Located at an altitude of 1,840 meters, between Serra da Bocaina and the border with Cunha (SP), it offers one of the most privileged views of the Costa Verde.
On clear days, you can see the entire Paraty Bay, Ilha Grande, and Angra dos Reis. The sunrise from there is considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil, an unforgettable spectacle for nature lovers.
Access to Pedra da Macela is via a trail of approximately 2.5 km, with a steep but relatively short and rewarding climb. The entire route is paved with concrete, making it easy to walk, but requires light to moderate fitness due to the incline.

Cachoeira da Forquilha
Forquilha Waterfall is one of those refuges few know about. Located amidst the Atlantic Forest, near the Araponga Indigenous community, it combines natural beauty, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere hard to find elsewhere.
The journey there is a true experience: the trail, considered easy, passes rivers, stretches of preserved forest, and offers moments of contemplation until reaching the crystal-clear pool. The bath is invigorating, and the waterfalls create a natural symphony that enchants the entire trip.
Ideal for those looking to get off the beaten track and explore a more authentic side of Paraty, the trip to Cachoeira da Forquilha is perfect for recharging your batteries and enjoying unforgettable moments surrounded by nature.
